   This is the best kennel in Christchurch! The staff are excellent—so friendly and always willing to accommodate my dogs when they need special attention. Smokey and Mary Jane absolutely love going there. I absolutely recommend this place.

   Thank you Kimmy and team especially Charlie for making my 1st time booking experience seamless, Jackie for her warm greeting and Ash for helping Bonnie Boy get his snuggles. He’s been a timid, cautious cat since he came to me a year ago. He doesn’t take to change easily but now he seems to have gained some newfound confidence. I’m certain BB enjoyed his stay with you, looks like we’ve found our cattery place. Thank you.

   Won’t be back. Our dog went there for multiple stays from when she was a puppy to a few years old. We had to request that she be kept in larger dog run as although she’s mid-size, she thinks she’s a large dog (she’s a corgi) and when she was put in with small dogs she would always get exhausted and come home smelling of pee. All seemed fine and groomers were great, until her last stay in March 2024. She came home subdued, was terrified/offended by the words play and toy and ran off if we showed her a toy. Used to love play, and now still won’t play with toys to this day. We hear ownership changed-?

   Just picked both my dogs up from there. Both are in great condition and have definitely come home happy. They fitted us in at late notice and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to take them back there again.

   We had our female dog stay here and told them that she was on heat when booking, they said that it was okay and they will keep her separate from the other dogs during her stay. the information was not passed on when we finally had her taken in and little more than 2hrs or so I had a phone call from them and told our dog had tied with another male dog. (fortunately that dog was neautered) they asked again if she was on heat, but this was already explained at the start when we booked. We then picked our dog up after her stay and they charged us $50 extra for this incident! Which was demanded from the male dogs owner but passed onto us, instead of kimmys k9s absorbing the cost for their own neglect!! Avoid this kennel at all costs!!! Will not be having our dog stay here again.

   So happy we found this place. Our puppy came back happy after spending a day with them. You can make out by their behaviour if they enjoyed their stay. He smelt good as well, in other places he used to come back stinky. You can tell they maintain this place well. Happy to recommend them to any dog parents.Their pricing is reasonable as well.

   Highly recommend,left our lovely fluffy under their care for months for personal reasons. Fluffy is way calmer and showed us few tricks ,also he is well groomed . He is a different dog now ,in a good way. He used to be anxious ,but now he is so easy going. Looks healthy as well.
