   Ordered the French toast and it was disgusting so disappointed as I spent 81 for two of us as a special treat. It tasted just like toast from the toaster then topped with maple syrup. French toast is supposed to soak up the egg mixture and be light and fluffy not flavorless and crunchy. Was told thats how HQ instructs them to cook it...saving money on eggs I suppose. Staff offered to recook my toast...which would dry it out further. Will not be back.

   Ordered fish and chips and peanut butter protein shake - shake was good - fish and chips I would say average - chips quantity was not ideal and fish was but dry not juicy and flaky

   Treated my grandson for breakfast and it was delicious. I had pancakes, he had waffles. I also ordered a XL coffee and when the lady bought it to the table she poured it and added the cutest design on it!!!!! Absolutely loved it this morning, first time going for breakfast and will definitely go again. Highly recommend.

   Ghastly treatment from the staff. I found a hair in my food and they tried to blame me. They tried to withhold a full refund because I had eaten some of the chicken (before I found the hair folded into my salad). The chicken was off, tasted like hardened cardboard and gave me food poisoning. My partner also tried my chicken and got unwell. I've tried this place previously in the past. The food was sub-standard then and is sub-standard now. As is the customer service.

   This was a last minute brunch before heading to a movie. I came in looking for something with bacon and eggs (which they have). But spotted this delicious menu among the rest. Fried chicken and chips. Simple but very tasty. The staff were lovely and best of all, the area was very clean.

   Always love a great eggs bene and CC Manakau do a great one, consistently good. Unfortunately the eggs were a little overcooked, no beautiful runny yolk to run into what was delicious bread, liked the rest of the EB, liked the sauce. Staff were friendly and helpful, the seating was clean and comfortable. Overall a real treat which is a rarer treat these days.

   I treated myself to brunch on my own today. I ordered the potato rosti in the first photo (from the menu) and got what I photographed in the second photo. I actually had to lift the egg to find the teaspoon of avo???? I am still looking for the other piece of bacon, whipped feta and missing greens. Come on Coffee Club Chartwell, Hamilton....lift your game
