    Steak and cheese pie full of gravy and like 1 piece of steak... honestly should've been called a gravy pie. My daughter got a ham sandwich from the way it was presented it looked like there were five slices of ham in it... open it up and they've cut it to look like that but there was only 1 thin piece of cheap ham. I don't know how they can sell them like that it's false advertisement. Borman bakery is 1000% better.

    Was sold a hot dog with bread so stale it was literally inedible. They did replace it no question, but I hate to think how long the food had been sitting there

    Cheeky buggars put old chips in with our Freshly cooked chips that we always order. They are constantly trying to give us old stale chips especially when we send in our daughters to buy it. If someone asks you for Freshly cooked food and that's your business then you better keep the customers happy or you'll be out of business. Could still be the "Best hot chips in Hamilton"

    I haven’t been here in over a year because I moved away, but I CONSTANTLY think about their hot chips. They just do them so perfectly here. Always had lovely service, 5 stars easy.

    The food isn’t fresh, brought chips and they had been sitting so long they were cold before being given them after paying the lady took them out back to re heat them to make them warm and they were cold after being heated definitely wouldn’t have brought them if i had known they needed to be heated again definitely won’t be back
