   What an amazing dinner we had here. This is the first time I have stayed at Putaruru and our motel was opposite this lovely restaurant. Our server/manager/order taker/barman was Sujan. He was so very friendly and lovely. He was courteous and helpful. I had the buffet and my wife had some Indo-Chinese noodles. The buffet was amazing. Good quality food and very tasty too. There was chicken chilly, veg fried rice, butter chicken (a bit too sweet for my taste), Punjabi chicken, lamb masala, vegetable stir fry, papadum, pickles and garlic naan. I really can’t fault anything with this place. we have so many Indian restaurants in Auckland I rate this even better than most of those places. I think Sujan adds so much value to this place. Thank you for an enjoyable time.

   Best kept secret in the South Waikato! I'm a big fan of Indian and have to say having been a regular visitor to India and Pakistan if you come here you will enjoy some real authenticity- the lamb is super tender. A+ - thank you

   Found this gem on our drive to Rotorua, and was quite happy.with our choice. I was skeptical about the butter chicken as I've had tastes like tomato soup, but not this version. Out table also had lamb Rogan gosh, and mutter paneer , and naan bread. Great service great food!
