Not a fan of the dentist but Alwyn and team done a great job to make me feel at ease through the process, and patched me up to be forwarded for emergency surgery. Thank you

Dread the dentist but they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and pain free . Now I’ve been multiple times and so happy I did .

Not really impressed i have been patient for years i haven't gone for a Long while i have a couple of broken teeth got asked if i was in pain i not at the moment but the next appointment is available is in January it is sept now so i looking at waiting for 16 weeks to see someone if i leave it till then i will have a whole lot of bigger problems they also recommend if you have a broken tooth to see a dentist right way i can't believe that they would want you to wait 16 weeks to see a dentist for broken teeth one of my tooths broke off and i still have some in my gum it is going to get so bad if i wait that long very disappointed the appointment with the other dentist you wrote about was still in January as well i explained to office this was the tooth just off my front tooth if i leaving the broken tooth for this long it could affect my front teeth and i be not left with any teeth in front as a dentist would you leave broken teeth for 16 weeks without being treated i have a completly broken tooth with some left in Gum and two broken teeth that a half there

I checked my teeth with the dentist, and he said he cleaned my teeth a little bit, I said okay, since last clean teeth finish before 6 months,I am so happy it’s so clean then after about half month I found on my teeth grow some black things, I just wonder why. Then I check I found there are a lot of scratches on my teeth, so plaques can easily grow from there. I just want to remind those who want to hygiene teeth. I really regret to this dental.

Excellent dentist without a doubt. I have been seeing Dr Alwyn Prinsloo over 10 years (though admittedly not as regularly as I should have much to my detriment). His work on my teeth has always been excellent, along with his comprehensive explanations of the work involved and any potential issues surrounding that work. I have always felt safe in his professional care. The only issue I had was his reluctance to extract a slightly embedded wisdom tooth in my bottom jaw. He explained to me that 'no dentist should remove it unless they have surgical experience.' I was then directed to an oral surgeon, whom upon contacting informed me the initial consultation (3d xray, needs assessment etc) would cost $355 and then atleast $1000-1500 for the actual extraction of one (1)embedded wisdom tooth. I then contacted my other dentist (also highly professional and recommended) to get a 2nd opinion: After a specific wisdom tooth xray ($95 approx) he informed me he was happy to do the extraction as there was 'enough of a crown' for him to latch onto of the wisdom tooth (visible in the gum, not completely embedded). The next day and $439 dollars later, the tooth was out, painless and quick without a hitch, whole and intact. Suffice it to say, I was happy and so was my wallet.
