   I will not be returning to this practice. I initially had a filling done that was sensitive from the beginning. I was advised to monitor it and come back if the discomfort worsened. Over the next few months, the pain progressively increased. When I returned, I was informed that I now required a root canal — which I understand can happen. However, I was surprised and disappointed to be charged for another consultation, especially since I had already paid for one at the time the original filling was done. I was told the additional fee was because I saw a different dentist, and the dentist who performed the initial procedure was no longer available. Given that I have spent over $800 with this clinic, I expected a higher level of customer service and continuity of care. Instead, I left feeling unfairly charged and poorly treated. I would caution others to be aware of this before choosing this practice.

   Booked online at very short notice for a chipped tooth. Reception was friendly, polite and efficient and Jerry Li was my dentist: very pleasant guy, efficient and professional. Tooth was repaired painlessly and I was on my way again in 20 minutes. The first time I've used this dentist, but as far as I'm concerned they're now my permanent dentistm

   Had booked an appointment for our 3 year old for a checkup, left work early to make sure we would be there on time, only to be told less than 10 minutes before that they dont offer appointments for small children. (We had already booked it weeks ago) We even offered to pay for theappointment but were refused and the appointment was cancelled. Fair enough they dont offer services for young children however this should be made clear in the website and at the time of booking not 10 minutes before.

   Wow oh wow the receptionist was extremely rude. Lack of human skills. I think her name is raya but she is the older lady. Absolutely disgusting mannerism and lack of empathy. Will not be returning as what the hell is that about. Honestly needs to hire a new receptionist.

   I couldn't rate this dentist practice more highly, from the minute I walked in, reception was friendly and helpful. Dentist was amazing, the appointment didn't go to plan due to my tooth, they went above and beyond to get me sorted!! Highly recommended!!!

   Today was my best ever experience at a dentist in my 70years. It was an emergency appointment for toothache so I had not been to this particular dentist at Rolleston Dental before. I was scared as usual to go but Zainab Abbas immediately put me at ease. She explained what was causing my tooth ache and how she could fix it. She was so kind and caring. She used modern dental treatment to make the whole process pain free. I would thoroughly recommend her if you want expert pain free treatment for your teeth. She advised me the cost of the treatment, to which I agreed. She used the exact right amount of anaesthetic so that it worked perfectly but did not leave me with swollen lips and mouth. Her Dental Assistant was ver gentle as well. I am so happy and grateful.
