   Having had issues with the work of an endodontist and what ended up as dead gum tissue and dead bone it has been great to deal with someone so proffesional. I see people have noted she is stern. I'm not there for a chit chat but to get some serious issues fixed. Still in the early part of what looks to be a long term journey but so far thrilled with the work quality and advice. Which is what I am paying for :)

   Recently my husband attended Selwyn dental practice as he had a problem with his upper front crowns. The diagnosis that he received looked suspicious. Then we found another dentist and got completely different diagnosis and after appropriate treatment my husband had in another clinic his problem with pain and bleeding gums around the crowns was sorted in a week time. The doctor and reception in Selwyn Dental are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I had to ask Dental council to investigate this matter. I would like to warn patients about this clinic. Bad service, bad manners, they charged us for the service that was not done, they declined to provide the appropriate documentation on patients request. I would not give them a star. Be careful with them!!!

You’re like a superhero, battling cavity villains with your trusty drill I used to be afraid of the dentist, but you’ve made the experience much less daunting. Your calm demeanor and patience make it easier to handle the noise of the drill and the sight of those intimidating tools. I appreciate how you explain each step, making it less of a mystery. Your explanations and reassurances help me understand and feel at ease. You make the dentist’s chair feel less intimidating, and your friendly team ensures I’m comfortable throughout.

   Dr. Paula is great. She’s funny and kind. I’ve had some negative experiences as a kid and throughout the years when seeking dental services and treatment. Paula takes great care in explaining each step of a procedure and is honest. I felt more relaxed in her office than any dental office ever. Thanks to Paula and her team for the work they did in getting my tooth sorted.

   I am really disappointed, I got two new crown still hurt sometimes until now more than three months, she told me it’s my nerve, before never look like this situation in other dental, and the new crown easily grow plaque before never have this situation.
