    We are very selective about where we choose to spend our money. Recently, we started going to this pub, and we were impressed by the owners from the very first day. On September 23rd, we were looking forward to attending a live band performance. However, we were extremely disappointed upon our arrival at 7:30 PM. There were four of us, and we couldn't hear each other because the band was playing at an overwhelming volume. We had to scream into each other's ears just to communicate. It felt like the music was at 200% volume in a small, enclosed space. Other customers around us were also complaining about the noise level. We approached the bar manager, a blonde woman, to express our concerns about the loudness of the music and to request that it be toned down a bit. Unfortunately, she was quite arrogant and showed no interest in our feedback. She simply turned around and walked away without saying a word. We were appalled and shocked by her rude behavior. As a result, we decided to leave immediately and support a different establishment/pub instead. This serves as a reminder for businesses, the customers are your lifeblood for financial success. It's not the other way around. The competition for entertainment nowadays is intense, and customers have countless options for where to spend their money. It's this simple, dissatisfied customers mean no income, and without income, a business can shut down, leading to job losses. It's unfortunate that the owners were not present that evening, as they are usually there when we visit. They are a very nice, friendly couple, which initially drew us to this pub in the first place.
