   New Year eve 31.12.25, I was at the bar where an altercation took place which led to myself being asked to leave. I was very confused as to why and at the time the manager couldn't explain it to me as there was an event in which took his attention elsewhere. I was very angry at all this and contacted them the next day. Manager Cory made time in his busy day on talking to me face to face. He clearly explained the situation and what led to me being asked to leave. Had I had that same Information on the night I would've at least apologised to the patron in question as they had obviously gotten my words misconstrued sadly. But huge shout out to Cory for addressing this, calmly explaining and making it all clear. He goes the extra mile and with staff like that it's no wonder the Craic is a great place. Thanks again. ☆☆☆☆☆

   Great pub always felt welcome but one bartender makes it hard to enjoy, her name is Gemma. I'm sure she's good at her job but she doesn't seem happy about anything, Corey is amazing and always does an awesome job.

   Absolutely fantastic place. Excellent atmosphere with super friendly and helpful staff staff. I had some spare time and popped in for a pint or two and a bowl of chips before a flight out of town. The chips were yummy and the beers cold. Staff even organised a taxi to get me to the airport. Highly recommended!!

   Christchurch's hidden little gem, had a couple points of Guinness & the wife had a few vodkas, we also had food. I ordered the Irish Stew & the wife Lamb Shank & when it came it was just wow, huge & delicious, a big bowl of hot steaming comfort food. The chap on the bar was also very good, would recommend highly.

   Vicki, Courtenay, Cassie and T have bent over backwards to look after our group. From a room with a free pool table, outside seating and live music, Vicki stayed behind after her shift to make sure we were looked after the whole night. They made sure we were fed and watered, they were above and beyond... Am fully TOTALLY impressed!
