While communication was good between us and PSU with regular updates and quick responses communication seemed to be lacking between management and cleaning team / sub contractors. We had fire remediation work done by PSU and overall they did an ok job, at the end we had to ask them to go over areas again that were still dirty or had been completely missed. Granted we weren't expecting the place to be spotless but before the quick second round of cleaning it didn't feel like the service justified the price.
Excellent service and price within 12 hours of initial contact. Follow up phone call within 4 hours and their service person arrived the next day to remove my asbetsos sheeting. Meticulous job and thorough. Highly recommended for all your asbetsos removal needs
Had my home bombed for roaches afew days ago and i ended up having to stay in a motel for a few days as there was a mishap at the house where the power had to be disconnected and as a result I had to give away all my freezer food so it wouldn't go to waste, and after meeting with them yesterday they gave me a sincere apology and even reimbursed me for the kai I had to give away...
We use PSU, for commercial cleaning and carpets each year, their teams are always on time and do an excellent job
very poor and unprofessional service. We have complained in the past about their services and things were never to high standard, on last check up by their customer care representative - we were promised it would be cleaned over the weekend, and it never was, i wrote a letter on behalf of all the tenants in the building which i sent to Michael on Monday - never heard back from him had to send a reminder email at which point we received a response. We are disgusted at the attitude and the way Michael Parton handled our complaint, and would never use their services, and highly advise not to use their services !! I would'nt even give a star if I didn't have to.
