Firstly, I would contend that this might just be the only real Google review of the business. I dealt with Deepika Raman, so interesting to see two reviews of people with the same surname. Deepika and her partner are indeed polite. They were hired to deep clean my house and vehicle but did not do a deep clean. Many things, that I specifically requested and we agreed to, were also left undone. They cleaned my house on a Sunday and I messaged them with pictures (taken on Monday) on Tuesday because Monday was a public holiday, but I was advised that this was outside of their 24 hour notification policy, for which I take accountability - lesson learned. Like I said, they are well mannered with nice personalities, but I would not use them again. I feel like they talk a big game to try and get the job but donβt deliver. I have posted pictures of one example. There are many others but we donβt need to litigate that. Best wishes, though.
