We recently had a burst pipe in our ceiling space at our home. My Insurance company organized Jae Carpet Cleaning Hamilton to come in and dry out the areas which took a week. After the process, with buliders and electricians was complete they returned to clean the carpet. The carpets looked amazing. I have to say we received the most incredible service from Jays from start to finish. We met several of their staff over that period and they were all extremely professional . They kept us informed daily, as to the times they would be there, to check the drying process. The staff were extreemly polite, friendly and appreciative of our privacy during the working period. Bree came to do an end of tenancy carpet clean today. Her work was professional and she did an amazing job. Was charged the amount I was quoted which was an affordable amount. I would highly recommend Jae Carpet cleaning services and in particular Bree. She explained the whole process and did such a great job on the carpet. She was able to provide a written invoice on the spot as well as having the ability to take payment. From the initial call to clean up, they set expectations of timeliness and met those expectations every time. Sir Lee is a great communicator and helped us to get the flood cleaned up in good time, even when it was over the holiday period. Madison kept us informed of when to expect the technicians.
