Pooja is a delight to deal with and communication regarding our requirements was very good. Her crew turned up on time, and worked hard all day with a short break for lunch. It's very difficult to deep clean a fully furnished house but we're pleased with the result. I strongly recommend this company and wish them well for the future.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service I saw this carpet cleaning service advertising a one-bedroom plus lounge clean for $69, but when I enquired, they quoted $99 instead. Even after I sent a screenshot showing the $69 price, they claimed the extra cost was for a hallway — which they never asked if I had. The person I spoke with was unprofessional and pushy, and the whole interaction felt dishonest and scam-like. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.
Awesome job. I had Maxaclean clean my windows outside and in. Many of the windows are challenging, two store high inside and out some with some having bee spots which are very sticky and difficult to remove. The team worked on the windows until spotless. Fantastic job Thank you.
Only good thing was Attended on a short notice but seemed like they squeezed in on a tight schedule. Should have declined if you cannot do it properly. The guys lack motivation, try to skip wherever possible. Missed lot of places while cleaning. Had to repeatedly check and point out. The rates were not cheap either. Not professional cleaning for sure.
The team were great to deal with and very patient while we waited for settlement of our new house to take place. They did an amazing job and very reasonably priced
Used Maxaclean for carpet clean on a rental I was leaving and was super impressed from the start! Turned up promptly, friendly staff and in and out in an hour and half all for a great price. I regularly cleaned the carpets anyway however they were able to get some marks out that I couldn't. Left the house smelling and looking amazing with the best carpet lines.
Needed our office windows cleaned within a certain time frame. Fast communication and quote done, job completed quickly and efficiently. Windows look great!

First met the team when I got my double oven cleaned. Very pleased. Communication was prompt and they were very helpful. Got our showers glass cleaned. The team did a fantastic job, and even redid one shower because they weren't satisfied with the result. No extra charge. Had exterior house wash as well. Very pleased with job. Would definitely recommend.
