   Unfortunately have a leave a bad review for the Hamilton branch. They were called for a oven cleaning job due to the last tenants leaving the house in an awful state. The inside of the oven was cleaned nicely, but underneath the stovetop/elements were left untouched which was our main concern. I can't imagine trying to convince anyone that this (picture provided below) is rust when the pest control guy told us that it is definitely mice droppings. Willing to change my review if the job is actually finished. But with the services provided? Can't in good faith recommend a cleaners like this.

   Speachless would be the words I would use! Jasper was incredible from the word go. He communicated with us, he accommodated to us, he phoned us with updates and on top of all of that the house looked stunning for the end of tenency clean. He really took the stress out of it right down to saying “don’t worry about that I’ve got that sorted for you”. I one hundred percent recommend and would definitely use the service again!

   Someone else recommended this company to me, and at that point, I was looking for an affordable carpet cleaning company. I needed to deep clean two bedrooms, and they did well with reasonable price. My carpet smells nice and looks clean!    l do NOT recommend this company. My booking was lost so when l rang l was told someone would be on their way. An hour and a half later 2 people arrived who were unsure of what they were meant to be doing which was oven and kitchen cleaning. l had seen a relatives oven cleaned by another company who did a fantastic job with an old oven. Unfortunately they were unable to do my job at the time. The worst thing l did was book Ultimate cleaning. Too much to say here but l have had to book another company to clear up the mess and start again .
