   Bought cat litter, received cat litter. Ordered here cause the price was cheaper than anywhere else for the litter I was after. My only feedback is for the items perhaps they could be shipped with easy to recycle materials or a small piece of tape binding the handles together.

   the items i ordered were sun bleached and one item was missing and replaced with a completely different item which i was not told there would need to be a substitution or could've just refunded if the product wasn't on hand. it was the room freshener spray almost $20 replaced with a car air freshener. the kong items were half sun bleached, the kong puppy original was alright not sun bleached. the 2 bowls were alright + treat ball. i did not create an account so cannot leave a review on the site it is very hard to organise a refund or return/ exchange because of their sites setup. very quick shipping. but i will just stick to petdirect and animates, i was thinking all would be good and am disappointed to leave a 2 star review. they had items i couldn't find at the other shops and i spent a good amount of money which i am already short on as im disabled and these were toys etc for my service pup. here is the email confirmation of my order to prove i did buy from this site and order number edit: my name on the the order was k kari (would not like to publicly put my full first name, can contact, but will just keep the items i would not like the hassle of return and refund) thank you

   it's a shame I had to give a star to review My very young pups' toys lasted no longer than a day and were sold as tough. She only cuddled them and rolled them around, she was 16 weeks old when we gave them to her and a little cavalier. I emailed you twice but haven't gotten a response yet. toys cost $33 and $40 we brought 2 of them. Toys sold as tough should last longer than a day of being cuddled by a tiny pup. sent to small claims now as this is against the Consumer Guarantee Act. do not buy from here. I should have looked at the reviews first Just incase you say I didn't buy from you I added a photo

   I've had a terrible experience with some water filters I purchased from here. They are clearly counterfeit goods, which if used can put my pets health at risk. When I reported an issue through PayPal (the payment provider I used) about the order I made, I provided all the evidence to show the goods I received were counterfeit. I was met with rude responses, victim blaming and a lack of care for the fact this could risk my pets health. My time is worth more than the petty arguments and back and forth messages that were going nowhere, so I gave up and closed my report. It was obvious that all the information I provided to them was being ignored, I was even asked to send photos I'd already sent to support my claim. I'm happy $40 doesn't really affect me and I can just order genuine filters directly from the supplier. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs and save yourself the headache because oh boy has this given me a headache. Edit: the owner of this business has just provided evidence in response to this review that they are willing to break the law by providing my personal details to a third party without my agreement. If that doesn't show you how unhinged this company is I don't know what will.

   I purchased a Kong Wubba Comet from Petworkz on the 27 of December 22 and received it on the 13th of January 23. I don't believe it was Petwork's fault as they dispatched and got together the order very quickly but the PBT couriers were at fault here. For some unknown reason some couriers seem to find it hard to find my place if they chose to look up Google maps and look up the street view they would actually find at quite easily this is not the first time I've had problems with courier drivers before. I contacted Petworkz and they followed up very promptly. A few days later I still did not receive the order contacted pet works again they followed up promptly with PBT couriers and then on the 13th of January I got my order delivered by one of the PBT couriers staff. My last order I picked up directly from Petworkz. When I do another order I will pick it up in future, they are not too far out to go to and my car gets an out of town run and I may even give the dogs a car ride out also. I found the staff very friendly and quite professional.

   Brought and paid for an item and years later it still hasn't arrived. Made an email enquiry and received a reply stating I was lying even though I had receipts for the purchase Personallywouldnt recommend. However i hope that they have changed for the better..

   I was extremely pleased with my purchases from Petworkz, The staff member on the phone was really helpful when I rang to get help with my online order they explained very easily what to do. Website is very accurate to sizing for dog beds and very true to photo. I emailed the next morning before 8am they replied back before 9am to say my order was ready very quick response and excellent customer service considering most shops do not open till 9am. When I arrived both staff members were very polite and helpful one staff member carried items to the car for me. Thank you to the Petworkz team I have 3 very happy doggy's with their new beds.
