They were all lovely, just about to close but one of the stuff took her time to explain the food and treats I needed for my bunnys. She was honest and helpful! Go here if you want good advice on what to give ur pets!
Couldn't even get in the door to take a look before staff told me not to bother coming in. Just wanted to see if they had any dogs and was rudely told no they dont have any by the staff loitering outside. I might be in my farm clothes getting some lunch from next door but I guess my money isn't good enough here..?
Unfortunately this establishment makes their customers feel unheard, unwanted, and discriminated. We had come in today to look at a puppy that our family wanted to adopt, however, on arrival to the store we were turned down with no explication nor redirection of why. We were informed and under the impression that it was okay to come in to check out the puppy and ask further questions. Very misleading and not good with responding to inquiries or welcoming customers.

I love the layout of the store because it makes it easier to find stuff. The staff are super informative and friendly. There is plenty of parking available, and there is a burger fuel, noodle takeaway, countdown, and anytime fitness gym close by if you need to make a quick stop.
Kristyn and Laura are the most experienced groomers for my Lass. So nice to have a team who take such pride and care in their doggo clients. Thank you so much!
Jenny was so helpful and understanding with us. We went there after a disappointing and expensive visit to the vet with our 3 new born premature kittens. We needed food to help mum with feeding them. Jenny had much knowladge and was so nice too. Definitely be back.
