I always go to petstock for all my dog needs, I get the 20kg aussie dog biscuits chicken floavour, and as always the service is excellent, staff are always friendly and very helpful
Come into the store on Saturdays, mostly, and James or Jamie (can't remember) is absolutely amazing, always positive, has a great range of knowledge, and makes time for me every time I come in. Don't feel judged or stupid, like have been made to feel before when it comes to animal stuff. i am def going to come back because the customer service in this store on Saturdays is TOP NOTCH. the tall guy and the girl are also always really nice, they sem to have good team relationships it's good to have somewhere to go that you feel welcome.
They always have what I need saving me from having to order online elsewhere. Helpful staff especially that mid aged fella with an accent sorry I forgot your name.
We always look forward to stopping here whenever we come to Hamilton! James has helped us the last few times, and he’s just amazing, so friendly and super helpful! He recommended some treats that our dogs absolutely love! ❤️ ❤️
Enjoyed my time here shopping for my furr baby! Had a few things on discount which I love! Looked like there is a groomer here. Love the collar ID machine you can personalise the dog tag! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Will be returning!
I was in the store on Sunday with my family and a staff member was trying to go behind the desk and as she pushed her way past my small children she shouted really loudly "MOVE!" when she noticed me, she turned around and apologized. But honestly that's not good enough. She wouldn't have spoken to me like that so she definitely shouldn't have spoken to my children like that. She needs to learn better customer service skills.
Very knowledgeable staff that are all too happy to assist and provide guidance when making decisions. They also care about the animals they have on site for adoption and seem to genuinely want them to go to GOOD homes not just any home
Oh my gosh! The staff are absolutely AMAZING! I was served yesterday by two lovelies at the counter last night. James (my daughter said was your name as I didn't have my glasses on!) You were AMAZING! The fun professionalism (professional yet fun) vibe within the team was warm and welcoming. The manager who helped me when I adopted my two girls, so patient, lots of knowledge and really cared which helped me get everything I need to make sure my girls were happy. Definitely returning, definitely recommending, you are all AMAZING!
Great pet shop. Friendly staff. They have a wonderful space for kittens and cats which I think come from Paws for Life and The Cat Protection League. Their guinea pig and rabbit enclosure is very cute. Fish galore, birds. A great range of pet supplies for every pet. Catnip, brushes, food, clothing, cages, kennels and toys etc. Two DIY dog wash stations outside. I think they do dog grooming upstairs.
