   Pathetic. My beloved partner ordered plants online 7 days ago. Emailed you yesterday after waiting patiently only to get a reply back that they have only been sent today! You took the money fast enough but took your time delivering the goods. Will be shopping elsewhere in the future. You guys are absolutely hopeless. If we hadn't followed up with you, we would still be waiting!

   Bit pricey. Wanted to buy a big bucket type planter price was market $16, bought the same type better quality from pak and safe Hamilton for $6.50. Service was great staff are very well informed and friendly.

   With the growing curiosity of how to keep a happy and flourishing aquarium with many varieties of small fish, and plant life. My daughter and I go in often, we are greeted by friendly approachable staff, I enjoy the interaction my daughter has with her new friend at the store. The staff member gives great facts and little tips about the species we are thinking about adding. I appreciate the way we are discouraged from purchasing things that are not going to be helpful and supported and listened to when guided into a solution that resolves the issue. I am extremely impressed on the staff, they definitely make this environment a happy and enjoyable place to visit. Thank you staff for the many hours of sharing of ideas and knowledge, we appreciate you.    I enjoy my weekly outings to this place the staff are lovely and helpful. Nothing is too much for them I like the fact that they all know what they're talking about and can answer questions. Thanks to the staff all 4 of my aquariums are amazing.

Gave so much advice on setting up my tank & how to keep it healthy for the fish that I never got from Animates. I got these extremely cute Albino Glowlight Tetras. I highly recommend Hollywood Fish Farm if you want healthy cared for fish.

   I’ve been owning aquarium for almost 15yrs now and I never went to a shop as knowledgeable as Hollywood fish farm they are a rockstar the whole have their expertise from aquatic plants to the animalS and fishes…Steve… is a saviour save my distressed fish Reon he knows all the answer to my questions . Rebecca very friendly and helpful same as Filippa.. and the hunks of the shop Jesse and Roman( hope i got it right) is always there at your service and and the girl (didn’t get the name ) the whole team will make sure your well taken care of that makes you want to keep coming back
