   The food is great, and has far eclipsed other sushi in the area. Its reasonably priced, fresh, and the sauce and marinade used are always really authentic and tasty. The rice is quite good. The people working there and the owner are always very friendly. Its almost impossible to deny myself getting something from there when I happen to go to the next door stores. I grew up around the area and had a sort of static fixation on a nearby sushi place for like 10 years, but big bang has completely shattered my perceptions in a good way. I look forward to eventually trying everything on offer.

   Ordered big bang chicken and sushi through Uber eats. The mozzarella hotdogs are amazing. Yummy chicken karage bowls. Waffle fries and dumplings are good too. All very tasty and fresh! Will definitely buy again!

   My partner and I live on the other side of Christchurch and will drive over when we are feeling like some chicken donburi. It’s our favourite place the chicken is so soft and tender. I rung them on the phone and order chicken on rice only to get there and realise I ordered the wrong thing. Asked them if they would please remake my food for me and they did it for me without making me feel like a hassle. The guy also bought it out to the car for me when it was ready. Excellent service and great food from this place 10/10

   freshly fried and beautifully juicy karaage chicken, tho it was more like just original fried chicken not karaage. waffle fries were nice and crunchy but plain fries were underwhelming and everything lacked seasoning and salt even tho we asked for extra. wasn't much sushi range.

   Rolled in on a whim, was greeted by two friendly staff members, found some nice chicken sushi to buy and was off back on the road. Sushi was wonderful but the staff were even better.

   I arrived at 1.30pm, they did not have what I wanted, but they offered to make it for me - so they did. The food is excellent, the two people were friendly and chatty. Try this place - you will not be disappointed. AA+
