   Josh enjoyed his stay here and I felt comfortable leaving him here - especially as all the staff work at the vet. One of Josh’ toys was left behind accidentally which I wasn’t too worried about. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the toy had been dropped off in my letterbox!! Amazing service!

   Lovely place, I have two indoor cats that stay here. One is very nervous especially with loud noises, he loves staying here due to it's warmth and how quiet and peaceful it is. Both my cats come back home relaxed and happy. So happy to have found a cattery that they can relax at. :)

   This place is the best example of how a business should be run. We have two cats who have individual micro chip feeders and special food, which was accommodated with no issues at the cattery. I love the service provided in conjunction with the clinic in Rangiora, our cats needed vaccinated and wormed/flead, so they were transported to the clinic to get it all sorted — saving us time and stress to the cats. They’ve also come up with solutions when bookings are full to ensure we can have our cats stay the full duration we are away. Our dealings with Emma have been amazing, with prompt and great communication. A great asset to have in our Woodend community. Looking forward to many more visits. Thanks so much.

   Our cat had been involved in a at fight. The cat had been bitten by another cat. The teeth of another cat are like needles as the inject bacteria and then close over. Anyway the cat was in a lot of pain. The Vet Clinic took her immediately and sorted the medical situation out with a caring, friendly rapport for both the cat and myself. Instructions provided for ongoing antibiotic treatment were clear and easy to understand. Prices were not over the top. I would recommend this as a great place to take a sick pet.
