   My experience with this place - and the staff was just exceptional in an utterly devastating situatikn with my beloved cat Billy. A member of the public bought him here where he recieved such thorough, attentive, humane and compassionate care - every staff member from reception, to nurses and the Veterinarian - you were all just amazing. Your compassion was evident in the way you handled my boy at every single interaction, your clear communication, and for supporting myself and Billy through ending his suffering - i couldnt have asked for better care. Please ensure this gets passed along to those involved in his care. Eternally grateful for this place and the wonderful staff that work within! Gem (and Billy)

   I can't thank the team at After Hours for Pets enough! When our dog suddenly became very ill late at night, we were frantic and didn't know what to do. Thankfully, their incredible team was available after hours and took immediate action. Thanks to their prompt and compassionate care, our dog's life was saved. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness made all the difference during a very stressful time. I highly recommend After Hours for Pets to any pet owner — they truly went above and beyond for our dog all thanks to the after hour.

   We took our boy( dog) in yesterday for he was hit by a car. We were seen very quickly and he had a thorough check over, Luckily nothing broken. Just a small cut on his face. He was very lucky. The vet Lucia- was so warming and kind to our boy while checking him over, giving him treats speaking to him with a gentle voice. She has good mannerism. I mentioned that to her when we left for her kind mannerism helped me feel less worried, as we all are when our pets need help. Thank you for making us feel informed and spoken too with compassion. Very professional, service by all there.

   I would like to give a massive thank you to the staff at after hours vet for the compassion they showed myself and my partner for our Zee. They went above and beyond to try and save her when the odds were clearly not in her favor. When the decision was made to stop trying they were amazingly kind. I honestly could not fault the care and commitment we received from these amazing people. Again on behalf of myself and my family I thank you again from the bottom of our hearts

   I brought my dog, Charlie, here on Sunday 06 July. He’d been seen by our Vet two days prior on Friday (suspected tummy bug). But he rapidly deteriorated over the weekend. This was my 1st experience with the A/H Vet Clinic. All the staff were caring during a really stressful and upsetting time. They kept him overnight for tests, and kept me updated. It became clear he needed surgery, to clear a blockage (foreign object). We picked him up 1st thing Mon for our Vet to do the operation. Then back to A/H for monitoring overnight. The communication between the A/H Clinic and our Vet was brilliant and meant continuation of care was followed. Thank you to all the staff who worked the shifts of 06/07 and 07/08 July 2025.

   My little sisters cat was brought in here by a member of public from a nearby park, he was paralysed after having a blood clot (he was a 2yo medicated heart cat and we knew this day may come soon). He was wearing a collar and was microchipped. They did not check him for a microchip or phone us?? We found out via members of public he was in their care. He was also suffering, foaming at the mouth and paralysed and they would not euthanise until after we filled in all the paperwork? Money was not an issue but also animal welfare comes first? As a veterinary professional myself I am quite frankly appalled. There is no email to lodge a complaint with management.

   Poor service, took my pug there. Was given the wrong diagnosis. Took my pug home 40 minutes later he went down hill so fast and had to be put down. Was charged through the roof. Even $42 for the box I took him home in. Got called 2 days later to ask for the medication that was wrongly prescribed back. No asking how I was etc. They're all about the profit not the pet or person. Very disappointed to go through this in my pets time of need.

   What fantastic people! My beloved Labrador Harley had to spend a couple of nights here with life threatening pancreatitis. They were instrumental in his recovery, and I can’t thank them enough, particularly Kate and Nathan. The compassion, love for animals and knowledge they showed was fantastic. Thank you so so much!
