I was a little hesitant to post a review, but other reviews have encouraged me to do so. I've been a customer here for a long time. I recently purchased a bottle of honey for my dog. It arrived chucked in a box with another item, no packaging or wrapping and it had a broken lid. Korure pets were quick to blame NZ Post. I told them the box wasn't damaged at all, so that made no sense. They offered a 15% discount. I decided I would take my business elsewhere. So, they sent a new lid. Again, a small lid chucked in a big box with zero packaging. Guess what? It arrived fine! They sent me a picture of my package leaving the warehouse, stating it was in good condition. You can't see the lid of the honey. So the photo was pointless. They continued to blame NZ Post, but this time it was not the couriers fault, the blame is solely with Korure pets. They continued to send me generic emails, telling me they understood my frustration and here's 10% off now. The right thing to do here? Accept the blame and replace the damaged goods! Is the CEO too big for his boots now, the loyal customers no longer matter? I definitely won't purchase from here again. Be warned, if items arrive faulty they won't look after you!

Bottle arrived broken with product leaking everywhere. Refused refund or replacement for a $165 product that arrived damaged. Threw out and will not repurchase. A shame as heard such good things and was really looking forward to trying this joint support for my German Shepherd.
