A fabulous place to celebrate a significant birthday. From the time we arrived till the time we left, Te Puna Point Retreat did not disappoint. The spacious Lodge vey comfortably accommodated our party of 12. From cosy underfloor heating, pristine white sheets, quality bedding, fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries, everything was ready for us when we arrived. The younger ones enjoyed a long soak in the spa pool before snuggling in to bed. For the Birthday Dinner we had Chef Dan prepare our meal in the well appointed kitchen while we enjoyed pre dinner drinks under the loggia beside the outdoor fireplace. After a delectable meal we relaxed indoors to music, warmed by the flames from the Finish Fireplace. The beautiful grounds, and the autumn trees in the avocado orchard, provided many opportunities for professional and casual photos, to remember this special weekend by. Highly recommended.

"We recently stayed at this amazing retreat and we were blown away by the incredible amenities and spacious property. The swimming pool and hot tub were a particular highlight, providing endless hours of fun and relaxation for our family. We loved spending time outdoors by the fireplace and sitting area, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and open grass area where we could play games. The kitchen was fully equipped with multiple ovens and everything we needed to cook delicious meals, and the spacious rooms and bathrooms with great amenities made us feel right at home. We had the most amazing time staying at Te Puna Point Retreat. From the moment that you enter the property you just feel relaxed and on holiday. Waking up to the beautiful views of the harbour and enjoying a relaxing kayak around the mangroves made for one of the best holidays we have had. The kids loved the heated pool, and sitting by the outdoor fireplace in the evening just set-off perfect days away. I would absolutely recommend Te Puna Point Retreat to any one looking for the perfect get-away.

We have just had the most fantastic weekend stay at Te Puna Point Retreat. The house is beautiful and set in stunning grounds on the waterfront. Very peaceful. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of space/rooms for sitting and relaxing. Our hosts Jenny and Rob made us feel so welcome and at home and were on hand if needed. The perfect place for our daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. We look forward to returning in November. Highly recommend

We recently had the pleasure of sharing this beautiful accommodation with friends from two other families, all of us with children. The heated pool and expansive grounds were a fabulous way of keeping the children entertained, and each family had their own space to retreat to away from the shared living areas if they needed to work or some time out. Jenny & Rob are impeccable hosts, who respected our privacy but were also only a message away if we needed them. We will definitely be back to enjoy their hospitality again in the future. Five stars just don't to justice to Te Puna Point Retreat.

We had a fantastic stay at Te Puna Point retreat. The waterfront setting is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. We enjoyed walking through the avocado orchard, collecting fruit to take home. What a treat. The house is wonderful. It's large but with plenty of areas to find a comfortable spot to relax. The bedrooms are well appointed ensuring a great night's sleep. Definitely recommend.
