   Rooms were not cleaned for entire period. Sheets were clean on arrival but stained. Sheets were not changed for entire stay. Room had air-conditioning but draft under door took the heat. It was a place you can stay for a very short time, i was interested in extending before I arrived but changed my mind on it .

   Don't ever stay here!!!! This place is an absolute joke. The staff were terrible and not helpful. On arrival We had to wait 30 mins for the staff to deal with another couples problems they had with obtaining keys. We booked online and immediately we got a text saying we had to walk 600 metres to another motel to get the keys which wasnt ideal at 7pm at night and vehicleless. Also when we arrived we were asked for a $200 bond before they gave the keys which we paid in cash. The toilet and shower area were disgusting typical for Indian run motel. Now we wanting to leave at 7am the next morning but because we paid a cash bond we couldnt recieve it back until 9am when reception opened and they had checked the room. What an absolute joke!!!! I have travel the world and this is the worse run motel ive ever stayed at. Visitors please beware dont ever stay away

   We booked 2 rooms, when we went to walk into one of the rooms the smell was that bad we couldn’t even go in to the room. When I rung reception they offered no support at all, we ended up all sleeping in one room as there were 2 single beds as well as our double, the next morning I asked for my money back for the room we couldn’t use & they had cleaners go check the room & confirm the horrid smell yet still did not refund me. A week later after going backwards & forwards I got my money back, after being told multiple times they weren’t going to refund me. It’s not healthy to stay in a room like that, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

   I looked for a cheap place to stay for 1 night as money is tight for us, room was tidy, reasonably clean (could do with a deep clean) room had everyrhing we needed, the bond was odd but I booked through booking.com and it was stated in the details before confirming, so that was fine, I do recommend putting it in the confirmation text but as I have been stung by this before I knew to look for it. Mattress needs a topper, could feel a spring or 2, didn't stop us sleeping though. I have stayed on Ulster street before and could here the road like I was on it all night but the room was quiet, couldn't here the other guests. Laundry room available if needed. Off street parking. I wanted cheap accommodation and that's what we happily got. Good budget accommodation.

   I am not at all suprised at all the bad reviews on this place they call a motel. We had been travellling all day and were tired and decided to spend the night in hamilton and had booked a room through booking.com and paid for a queen Studio, michelle sent me a message asking what time id be there asking me to confirm and advising me on the where to collect room key and check in, i arrived at the time i had given her the she announced that there was a $200 bond which i never seen anywhere on the site nor did she inform me via txt nor in the msg on booking.com, because i didnt have a spare $200 on me i went out and managed to loan it went back in to pay it and she out right refused for us to stay even though i had already paid for the room, now michelle is refusing to refund my money back, i never cancelled nor did a no show it was her choice that i didnt stay not mine at all. Thats theft michelle GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!! This place dosent even deserve a star unfortunately that was the only way i could write this of there were a -10 that would have been my pick, some people especially people like michelle here should not work in customer service!!!!!!! Shame on u for stealing off a family!!!!
