The rooms are run down the room felt damp and dirty you can see it on the floors the nets and bathroom area old smoke burnt marks in the sink cockcroach on the fridge ants on the floor when we woke up $20 extra for a pet so not worth it
Pet friendly doesn’t have to mean unclean Would be a fine 3 star motel with a deep clean and a few inexpensive updates
Somewhat dated but it was clean and the staff were excellent,if you just want a base while you do what you came to Hamilton to do this is the place.
Lovely people. Very adaptable when my granddaughter was released from hospital and needed a place to stay
Rooms are dated but clean. Service was exceptional and as we were there for the rugby, location perfect. Motel was fully booked and they had to deal with staff shortage, which did not impact our stay at all.
A rip off for the money. No milk no extra blankets or pillows. Only dirty lace curtains no drapes. Freshly painted with whitewash. Dried pools of it outside the front door. No light bulb in lounge. Complained and it was replaced with a bulb from another unit. Owner too lazy to walk to the supermarket just up the road to get more milk. We got a glass from a lovely lady in the next unit that ran out of toilet paper. The paint job was the shoddiest I have ever seen. I have had much better value elsewhere. I won't ever stay again.
Good places to stay. They allow pets. But the cleanliness is not up to standard. Built up dirt on the bathroom floors and walls. Furniture and curtains are all very old and need replacing. If they put some TLC in here it would be a hot spot as most rooms are one or two bedroom units.
Booked for one night and was dissapointed how cheap everything was and the beds weren't freshly cleaned. Worn blankets and uncomfortable pillows! So if you're planning to stay here I suggest you have your own bedding
We fled this accommodation as the room had a really bad smell opened all the windows and doors and had a cuppa could not get rid of smell ended up with headaches and a rash. The bedding was dirty with black hair on sheets, cobwebs everywhere and smear marks around light switches and door handles. Party in room next door and another one at end of row. Did not feel safe or clean, we were lucky that we found a room elsewhere. Do not stay here there are much better places.
Not clean...blankets smell and look dirty, mouldy toilet, dust everywhere. Looks like it hasn't had a good clean ever. Seats had stains and marks on, also looks like they have never been cleaned. Looks nothing like the pictures advertised. Walls and windows had dirty marks on, pretty much dirty all round.
