Had a great experience dealing with Arafat in the Tauranga store. I was enticed by the advertised special but after discussing our requirements we paid a little extra which for a far superior bed and included a headboard, which we would have had to buy separately anyway. Great service, very genuine and friendly. Would recommend without hesitation.
Arafat was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on assisting me to purchase my new mattress. He encouraged me to take my time and I never felt rushed or pressured. After looking at several stores in Tauranga I decided to purchase my mattress from Arafat not just because of the comfort and quality of the beds but because of the service. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked into Beds4U the stores was well displayed. Arafat introduced himself and his knowledge in on the product was impressive, making sure I was well informed. Getting the right mattress is important at my age. His followup on delivery again was outstanding. He is an asset to your company, I not a flippant buyer so he did very well.

Bed was not delivered within the initial 3 weeks specified, and then wrong base arived, 1 week later base arived but not at the time given, great bed but sadly very poor service
