   This has been a wonderful Doctor's practice to be a client of. Whether it has been an emergency appointment or a check up with a nurse, it has been a pleasant & informative experience with each of the doctors and nurses I have met at my time here for the care I have needed. The pricing is fair and being treated as an individual is a quality I admire within everybody working here. Very professional, clean and excellent protocols.

   100% recommend this medical clinic. Warm atmosphere and Love the fact they incorporate Te Reo in their messages throughout the practise. Our doctor Dr Anna Te Ata is caring, understanding and professional and gave us the attention we needed. Very happy, thank you Little London.

   Unbelievable. My wife had booked an appointment for our 3 y/o son to have a head injury assessment with Dr Stephanie Cowie recently. My wife had to also bring our 2 month old baby in with her and she arrived 15 min. late which is understandable when you have a 3 y/o and a baby with you. Unfortunately after my wife arrived to a very quiet clinic with only 1 car in the car park and no other people in the waiting room, the receptionist informed her Dr. Cowie was no longer available for the appointment because they were 15 min. late and they would need to make another appointment on another day. To top it off they later sent my wife a message asking her to pay a $10 missed appointment charge. This was really inconsiderate and hardline to have done this to my wife and children who seemed to be on the receiving end of a Dr. who would rather make a point than care for a 3 year old with a possible head injury.

   The ladies at little London Medical centre in Hamilton were very polite, they execute services to their patients with care, the building is absolutely beautiful and lots to look at should you need to wait a moment. Waiting times were never long and I love how this practice is very discreet. Thanks for all the great work Little London Ladies. ☺️

   Not a patient here (thankfully). I have had so much trouble with trying to get the right support and help for someone very close to me and it's becoming ridiculous. If the receptionist making someone feel bad about their appointment to speak with the GP regarding their MENTAL HEALTH wasn't bad enough, the blatant lack of communication and neglect is definitely the icing on the cake. This patient has been enrolled for over 15 years and only JUST been advised the triage service available to patients requiring urgent care because they get pushed back to A&E if they call "outside of triage hours". Calling your GP for medical advice and help should be "comfortable and relaxing" as quoted on your website however this is not the experience that is provided here on the occasions that I have had to deal with the staff myself due to the ANXIETY brought upon your own patient just by having to speak with someone there.
