Outstanding brunch in a lovely riverside setting. Like others, I had walked past here a million times but so glad I popped in today. Will be back to try the rest of the menu. FYI the smoked fish rillette was the best brunch ever
I was in Christchurch back in August 2025 with my dad visiting a family member, went for walk around city and happened to stop in here, We were happy we did, first off all the staff were very friendly and give great service, our meal was delicious, I’m from Wellington, honestly I had best cup of tea here, wish we get tea like that up here. Also we like it so much we came back next day..
Delicious food, laid back ambience, friendly staffs, enough said. Egg benedict was my personal favourite.
First real meal in NZ for this solo traveler and it was So Good. Braised lamb pie with Panzanella salad & milk stout. Atmosphere was great, service excellent, and for the quality, prices reasonable. Relatively fashionable crowd, enjoying time together in a well appointed and not terribly large space probably assuring good attention for those who can get a seat.
Delicious breakfast and even had a breakfast cocktail! Loved the coffee, and my French toast was incredible! Beautiful building and interior design, it's the perfect place to treat yourself.
Went here for brunch with my partner, and it was the most amazing time. Was a very welcoming place with such lovely staff. Food is definitely worth what you're paying for as well. So happy with my experience here !! ♡
The food was amazing, Me and my partner both got the miro bennidict and it was all cooked to perfection. The coffee was also brilliant. The service was so incredibly fast and we felt so looked after by the staff. The open fire on such a cold morning was also a lovely treat. Thank you so much team we had a wonderful experience.
5 stars service+food+ambiance! We barely had to wait, and the staff gave us great recommendations. Nice fireplace and cute atmosphere. Will definitely come back.
Went for a celebratory brunch and the food was incredible! Great options available and the service was attentive and friendly. The ambience and atmosphere is peaceful yet trendy. I got the porridge which has a great flavour balance and the rest of the table got eggs bene which went down a treat, Would recommend :)
We had a wonderful meal here. We got the breakfast board and eggs benedict which were both delightful. The layered potato hash was so enjoyable and a welcome change from the usual muffin.
