   Won't reply to emails or pick up the phone. Has been nearly two weeks and still haven't received my order. Shipping cost is very expensive especially how slow it is. Will be calling the bank to reverse the transaction.

   I just purchased a Vitamix from Gourmet Trader and am really happy with customer service I received. Dave took the time to answer all of my questions and even carried the blender out to my car. Competitive pricing to that of big box stores but it feels better to support a local business. Highly recommend this lovely store - will be back for sure.

   I enjoy shopping at this place, I usually buy organic products from here and with a family member being gluten intolerant I find what I need at Gourmet Trader. They also have yummy cakes which my children enjoy. Close to a daycare right across the road and other shops at Gate Pa shopping centre.
