   I purchased a Serenity Breeze 5 as in the store the comfort felt right for me but once I got it home it was quite significantly harder than in store, which I don’t feel was portrayed well enough to me how different the mattress would feel. However Joe and Christine help me find a new mattress and with the 30 days guarantee I was able to swap for a different mattress. I then went with a Chiropractic Perform 7 and after 2 weeks I no longer have sore hips and am really happy with it! Definitely recommend the Tauriko store the staff were very accommodating and kind

   We had a great experience with Christine. We were greeted and made to feel welcomed. Christine was easy going, polite knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. Nothing was an issue. Christine allowed us time to think about options that she suggested and within half an hour we had bought a bed with all the right information we needed. The customer service was amazing and we never felt pressured to buy. The company should be proud to have an asset like Christine. I have told friends and family to go to this store based off the service we had. Really happy with our service.

   We were looked after by Faye. I don't know who she thought we were, but we are not the King and Queen, yet she treated us like royalty. We were welcomed into the shop, and nothing at all was an issue. We went around a number of shops, and no one came close to the wonderful, professional, and friendly service we were given at Bed*R*US Tauriko. Faye is a real credit to the company, and they can be rightfully proud of her. We highly recommend Beds*R*US Tauriko. They are an asset to the BOP. Thank you Faye, you're a wonderful, genuine person with high integrity.
