Highly recommend these guys. I went in twice to get advice on fixing a leaky tap and Neil was great in trying to help me. In the end we needed new taps and Carol was super helpful and while they were out of stock of the ones we wanted she managed to source some from another store really quickly which we appreciated. Would definitely use them again.
I'm a plumber/gasfitter from Tonga who dropped in to get a few things not available in the Kingdom. Jeremy was great, he even organized the non-stock items in a flash, making the whole experience painless and with great prices. I felt like I'd been a customer of his for years. Highly recommended. They never cease to please. Be it on pricing, advice, customer service, aftercare, etc... They are my go-to and they always take the time to educate me on best practice, pump the brakes if I was given ill advice, show patience when I am in unknown territory, and steer me in the right direction. Neil is awesome and great fun to deal with. Steve is very professional and leads a great team.
Took in a 25 yr old perished cover cap from shower drain assembly. The service desk gentleman knew exactly the manufacturer and the correct part just by eye balling it. Then stated the individual part not in stock but could be ordered in, however, by the time you add in freight cost it was cheaper to buy a whole new assembly. Which I did. Very happy customer from excellent service. Well done

I want to thank Kyle & Jeremy - 2 bloody legends who sorted things for me this morning. Had a nightmare scenario with connections for my new washing machine and dryer which other hardware stores had given up on. They got me the right attachments, worked through a bunch of potential options and got me a great price to top it off. Finally have a working washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend these guys!
I had a massive challenge to connect and reduce 3 different sizes (Tubes for Pool) and connectors. I had been to so many places from Bunnings, Mitre, pool and plumbing suppliers, all tried and said they'll grab their "Pro" as some couldn't be bothered or respectfully told me they were stumped.... I walk in on closing time at ZIP (JUDEA) last try, confronted by Jeremy, calm, collective, very pleasant and professional he could see the stress so I explained the problem where others had failed. He patiently and calmly listened, he was already problem solving in his head, I told him I can come back tomorrow as they were closing up to which we agreed. Walked in next morning and BOOM!!! he had the answer sitting on the bench and yes it works. Jeremy thank you so much for your amazing customer care, listening and professionalism. Wow! What a pleasant experience. I bought a pair of Bata boots from Zip and unfortunately they came apart but not until quite awhile after the warranty had expired. I walked into the store to see what a new pair would cost and to show them what had happened. Steve Davies ( manager) took some photos and emailed the supplier. A week later he mailed me to come collect my new boots. What fantastic service! They would have been well within their rights to just sell me a new pair. Thanks Steve and team.
