Big shout out to Mico Tauranga. Tried my local Cambridge Mico for a fireplace remote and they honestly showed no interest. Grumpy took my wife's number a couple of weeks back. Still waiting. Tauranga were on to it, sourced the part and posted to me. It arrived today. Thank you guys. Excellent service.
My experience at this plumbing shop was nothing short of horrific. The service was incredibly poor, and to make matters worse, I was treated with blatant disrespect. The older lady exhibited discriminatory behavior, which was both shocking and deeply troubling. They seemed more interested in making prejudiced comments than actually addressing my request to purchase the product. She made assumptions and completely disregarded my questions by pointing to a sign about plumbers at her counter. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place entirely.
It is refreshing when you deal with a company that is helpful and knowledgeable. Big thank you to Ian.
Constant issues from this branch not impressed with service
The young man who attended to me was polite, extremely helpful and sorted my query. People are so ready to knock our younger ones these days. MICO look after this young employee He is an asset to your business. I was in the section behind the plumbing division. Hope to get a phone call soon as promised.
sales lady does not know what she is doing, kept us waiting around for hours without actually taking a order or giving prices, then i left a gave her my details so she could email me a quote, its been 2 weeks and no quote!! i would not waste my time on this branch at all.
