   Good cinema with good prices (on tickets, not so much snacks). Good location next to food court. Seats are equivalent to your couch at home in terms of comfort. Still, plenty good enough. Usually fairly clean.

   My family and I recently attended a 19:20 Superman movie on Saturday 19th of July the evening. While the movie itself was enjoyable, my experience was significantly marred by a group of approximately 5 children, aged between 5/8 years, who were running around, screaming, and playing throughout screening up and down the stairs. Notably, there were no parents or guardians present to supervise these children or either not bothered to correct their children at the movie theatre. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a peaceful and undisturbed viewing environment. Unfortunately, the lack of intervention from event staff or management meant that this issue was not addressed. I hope that in the future, measures can be taken to ensure that all patrons can enjoy events without disruption."

   Went to the last movie of the night, I was later starting and I mean a 7.30pm started showing ads etc at 7.45pm (15 minutes late). Then I found the cupholders was full of rubbish from the previous lot(s) of people, movie theatre had not been cleaned prior to the movie I had turned up for... Otherwise it was a nice seats and comfortable.

   There is a wide choice of movies here at Event Cinemas Chartwell. Popcorn and a choice of ice creams plus a lot of yum things sweet can be bought here to eat with the movie. I like the chairs that are so comfortable and can be adjusted to ones comfort. The screens are huge and the sound of the movie is incredible. Parking is a breeze and free. Located on the first floor you can use the escalator or a lift to get to the cinemas. This is a great outing for the whole family. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

   We enjoy this cinema, the screens are nice and large with great sound and very comfortable seats. They play the latest movies as soon as it comes out. Good selection of snacks, drinks and eats.

   Booked online... easy as. Cinema 5 was clean, and there was good access to seats with a choice of where you wanted to sit. Comfortable seating, easy viewing. One seat that I saw at door level (no stairs) but there may have been more on the opposite side, all the others were accessed by stairs.

   Went to see the Spideman film with my nieghbour - film was good. The people at the front were helpful and friendly - we got ice ceams. There was only another 2 people in the cinema with us, I had expected more. The place was nice and clean and the seats were comfy

   I have been to this cinema two times and the staff are friendly, the prices are certainly cheaper than Hoytz for the same content and among the cheapest in Hamilton. I love the kindness of the staff here and they do anything they can to help you. However at the moment I am writing this message I was trying to call them as I had a question on one of the discounted tickets and when I press one to speak to a staff member, it says "this key is not valid". This is just unacceptable as it says I must do it to contact someone and I am unable to do so. Then after 3 times it says my call cannot be transferred. I want to know what is this issue and can it be fixed?

   Great place... Nice, clean n tidy. Service with a smile and even helped my friend with her Event card by checking on the system for her details. I know some places that wouldn't offer to help even tho they could.. Keep up the great service team! Definitely be going back...
