   This is a place I would not recommend, I had to cancel and gave notice 48 hours and they would not refund my money they asked for proof of why before they would (which I feel is a privately act) so I did and still said no to my refund. They say you can get a refund but this isn’t true. I now am seeking legal advice just beware. There are some amazing motels in Hamilton you can stay at if you need to say for medical reasons or for holidays. Hamilton is a great place lots to see and do. This motel is one place I do not recommend.

   Stayed there for a long weekend, booked through Expedia. Listing showed room with kitchen but on arrival was told the listing was incorrect, room only had a fridge and kettle. No discount or other reimbursement offered. The location is very noisy, on a busy roundabout and lots of police sirens as central station close by. Many cheaper hotels with better locations in Hamilton than this one.

   Was an okay stay, the other residents were very noisy and the walls are thin. Biggest let down was being charged $88 for a missing remote. I'm 100% sure I did not remove that remote from the room. After nearly 3 days of going back and fourth, waiting for phone calls and leaving messages I was informed that a new remote was purchased and that is my bill. Will not be staying here again!

   Beds were comfy, our check in went smoothly, location Great with 2 supermarkets within a 5min walk, plenty of parking even though spots were tight. However we had to sign in to watch any type of TV channel eg Netflix which was weird. Ran out of hot water by time the 2nd person had a shower.

   Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Good area downstairs. Rooms stayed very warm. Beds comfortable. About a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

   We have been here quite a few times. Always clean and good service. Affordable and love the 11 check out and free breakfast. We had done the out on the town deal which is always very good. Last time we got the spa room with kitchen but asked to change back to spa without kitchen. It is much better. The one with seperate room had no TV in room.

   Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were lovely. It was nice and quiet. The shower had good pressure. The only thing is there was no toaster in my room, so no morning toast. There was a vicinity downstairs where you could get a beautiful breakfast, though. I never used it. Bit shy.

   Had to stay over the long weekend as was sighted they could accommodate me with such short notice. I felt very safe. Lovely clean room, very quiet. Free breakfast included was so helpful. Staff are so lovely. This will now be my ho to when in Hamilton. Highly recommend.

   My mum and I were going to a show at the Clarence theatre and the location of Ventura was perfect. A short walk and well lit up. Our stay at Ventura was very nice, rooms clean and tidy. The included breakfast was great. Thanks again for returning forgotten jacket.
