This place is amazing. Well built, well thought-out, clean, and you get a lot for your money. I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ve stayed at many, many hotels, and I’ve never been impressed… until I stayed here!
Perfect location for my work trip. Large rooms that are clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen great for independent living. Loved the trees in the backyard with birds in the morning. Surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff. Will definitely book again!
Exceptional place to stay. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carpark is big, which is a wonderful change from the tight smaller offerings at other motels. The rooms are extremely clean. Appreciated the heat pumps in both bedrooms and lounge area. Spa outside was an added bonus. Proximity to The Base shopping and Kmart was great! Highly recommend this establishment.
Have just checked out after staying for 3 nights in the family suite & cannot recommend this place enough. They have thought of everything, from flannels specifically for makeup to chilled water in the fridge. The beds were extremely comfortable, the space was clean, tidy & enjoyable. The spa was an absolute highlight & the staff are great!
Had a very pleasant stay in a family unit last month. The room was large and very well kept. All the furnishing and beds were very comfortable. The cleaning crew were amazing and polite each day. One small gripe, in the booking it is quite clear that only 1 car per unit in the carpark. I can tell very clearly that some units used way more than their allotted carparks and even used the ones in front of my unit. Although I managed to park further away from my unit, it is not fair to have to park so far away especially in the night. I hope the motel will enforce the parking laws a lot stricter in the future.
Had a wonderful stay there. The staff were so accomondating and helpful. Everything at your fingertips and the shopping was amazing at Te Awa. Highly recommended.
Spent the weekend at this lovely lodge. From the moment we parked our car to go check in, the house keepers were waving at us saying hello :) check in was friendly and easy. Our family room was nice and clean, more than enough towels for 2 bathrooms. The air pumps worked perfectly to warm the room. The spa was beautifully set to bath temperature and we really enjoyed it. All the TVs in our room had Sky open with all sports on it. Would definitely recommend and I'll remember this place when I'm back.
This is the best place to stay in Hamilton without a doubt. Luxurious beautiful apartments with full spa pool to relax in! The standard of cleanliness is 100% the best I have ever experienced. Well done to the lovely ladies who keep this place spotless! You are doing an amazing job!
We made a last minute (same day) booking as we decided to wait out some bad weather and break up our travel back to Hawkes Bay. Arrived earlier than expected and was attended to immediately by a very friendly attendant. Room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Incredibly good value for price. We were really impressed by this place and we will 100% be back next time we are in Hamilton.
