The stay wasn't comfortable as we got rooms on different floors and there was just a single plate in the kitchen, no enough cutlery to cook anything, we had to use bowls to eat any food. It was also not comfortable as we 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids and there was a stranger staying in another room, we didn't feel very safe.
Love this place.. Large room, super clean bathroom, cozy kitchen with complete kitchenette. Friendly owner, thank you Anna for your hospitality.. (sorry for broken your rice spoon).. Definitely will come back when I'm around Hamilton..

very Classy and modern out of the busy city so it's Quiet and the room is Elegant too
Located not too far from the city centre, on a quiet street. We had a downstairs room with a private bathroom. The room was spacious with a large closet and a desk and two chairs. Bathroom had a shower, no tub, but the showerhead had plenty of pressure. Towels and hair dryer provided. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Wifi is a bit slow and connection cuts out from time to time. Shared kitchen, we used the fridge and microwave. There were dishes to use as well. Just what we needed for our trip. Noise did travel a bit through the walls, but never was late enough to disturb our sleep. Owner did ask us to remove our shoes when we came in and provided slippers to wear.
Loved it! Arrived late (9pm osh) with 2 children and they were lovely, accommodating and welcoming. Would come back in a heart beat! We felt very at home
