    Bought furnitures worth $2400 for our new home and requested delivery. It didn't arrive on agreed delivery date. Upon asking, they changed the delivery date to end of month without notifying me. Those furnitures were needed for house warming and I had to celebrate it without those furnitures. If they cannot delivery on time, it is their responsibility to let the customer know. If they informed me on time, I could hire a truck to get those furnitures. Furnitures are good. They got good collection and competitive price but I am not at all happy about the fact that they changed the delivery date and didn't inform me .

    Bought a 5 piece dining set, found the table top was chipped despite no damage to the outside of the box and no chipped pieces inside either. They sent out another table top, only for the exact same thing to have happened and for them to tell me it was damaged in transit this time instead. Ended up just requesting a refund on the whole thing as it went absolutely no where with customer service.

    We recently purchased a lounge suite, an electric Lazy Boy, a dining suite, and a sofa bed from ifurniture in Hamilton, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Not only did we receive free delivery to Tauranga—saving us over $400—but all the items arrived in excellent condition, well-packed and as expected. While the assembly instructions for the sofa bed were missing, a quick call to their Customer Service Department had it sorted in no time. A special shoutout to Mary, who was extremely helpful and promptly emailed us the instructions we needed. Her friendly and professional service really stood out. Overall, we’re very impressed with both the quality of the furniture and the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend ifurniture Hamilton to anyone looking for great value and reliable support.     We bought two large items – a sofa and a solid wood coffee table. Both items came faulty. The lack of response from Customer Service is absolutely appalling. it has been more than 10 days, and we cannot get any information out of them regarding how, and when our issue will be resolved. Instead, they keep saying that they have contacted some mysterious “head office” whatever that means and that we have to wait until the “head office” decides what to do. At this point, I have no reason to believe that this issue will actually be resolved. I am actually considering lodging a complaint with Consumer NZ, because at this point, this feels like a scam. Terrible, terrible experience

    Package dimensions were not mentioned on product page, contacted chat support, the took my email to later send me the dimensions, next day contacted again and same thing happened, twice raised the issue on customer portal, but still they say that warehouse staff doesn't have 30 seconds to measure and respond customer request. What a joke. So they told me the package dimensions on the day of pickup and when we called twice, and raised the issue 4-5 times, and I came to know that the size won't fit in the Citihop Hiace Cargo Van that I booked for an hour, in one go. So I will have to do 2 trips, and exceed the booking. at the same time I was looking to book delivery but their call canter wasn't confirming or committing or even informing about the delivery date before the payment, the same tactic they used when I asked for the dimensions (you pay then we will let you know I paid on Wednesday and till Monday night they didn't had the dimensions handy). they were saying that it will go back to auckland and will be delivered in 7-10 working days. Overall experience is worst, was thinking to buy a mattress and a bed as well, but will look elsewhere now, that wasn't the experience I was expecting. I guess its better to buy what's insotre and pickup the same day, don't go for any future commitments, I am still sceptical about the quality of the product, hope it will be better than the quality of Service. They don't have any public feedback system, so putting the feedback on google maps and trustpilot, so other customers should know what they are opting for. For Ifurniture management, if they pay attention to customer reviews, I guess once the order confirms they should provide local delaer's/warehouse number from where customers can get correct and upto date info instead of bumping heads with offshore customer service rep who doesn't have most of the information about the shipping delivery and product apart of what's listed on the website. or the offshore team should have ability to connect the local team with customer.

    Went there 3 times and they have my $63 credit and they asked me to email customer service which I did and followed up multiple times with no response or help. Their customer care did not reply any of the emails and the people at the shop are equally not helpful. Extremely disappointed and would rate them 0. Poor service

    The service itself was OK. My follow up call on delivery from Auckland, I never received the call back but I received the text after it was too late to collect on the Friday. Unfortunately for the shoe cabinet we bought - what we paid - I was disappointed. The instructions are basic, parts aren't labeled. Not all holes were drilled as shown in the instructions and the shoe cabinet was wobbly after assembly. All these things we could make modifications to make it work. Quality on the paint (even though it's inside facing) had some bumps - but as it was inside it's not noticeable. It really looks pretty and in the end is still functional. In the future I will be selective on what I choose from this store.
