    To start the women at front desk is extremely rude. Second got serviced here told everything looked good except one tire, took back to get tire changed and WOF failed on 6 different things which weren’t told to me in the service 3 weeks prior. I would like to add this service was over $200 for what??? My car was also there all day, and didn’t get told it had failed and why till 5pm.

    Dropped our car off at 8am this morning received it back at 5pm without a call. Got charged for parts that they didn't tell us needed to be replaced even though was asked if they could call first if anything needed replacing, Noticed a unusual smell and they had cleaned the car and deodorized it without our knowledge and without knowing our allergies lucky my partner wasn't in the car as they are allergic to most deodorizers. If I could give negative ratings I would. Recommend going to Mount AA as they care for their clients and better at communication all round.

    Made an appointment to book my car in for a scan and was told that if no fault was found there would be zero charge and if something was found there would be a charge of roughly $74.00. No fault was found and they still tried to charge me the $74 and to top it off I was given attitude for mentioning what I was originally told by staff. Will not be using this business again.

    The wait time is ridiculous. Then told to fill a form out with details I could have provided verbally and then go to the back of the line to wait again.

    I always use the AA for my services and warrants. Amazing, honest, good old fashioned service and I never have to worry about a thing. Can’t recommend them enough!

    I went there for a silver service but I have to comment, service this time around was absolutely horrible. I had a great experience at the Te Rapa centre last time so it’s such a shame. On dropping my keys and as advised by reception, I was in for a service and was told it would take at least half a day. This was the first off point for me as my previous service done by the te rapa centre did not take that long. Then, I was asked β€œif during the service we find any faults that need repairing, would you like us to proceed or to give you a ring to inform first?” I went for the latter of course. However, on picking my car up, they informed me of an oil leak which they β€œdiscovered” DURING the service when they put my car up the hoist. They asked me if I ever noticed my car smelled of petrol and I replied no! Genuinely never had this issue before. Lady at the front went on and on about how the fumes were dangerous and could make me a sleepy driver. AA let me leave with my car reeking of petrol which it never was prior to sending it in to their workshop. So I guess my question is why was this not raised at any point when my car was there?? They did not ring me about it at all and this was not an issue at the previous service. Then the lady went on about how this could’ve happened in between services but I got my WOF done less than 2 months ago at VTNZ and one would think given the severity of the issue, I would fail that surely. Even more terrible was that they could only get me in for a full check the following week…. And said my whole back seats would have to be taken apart for them to spot where the leak was from?? And that that would take the whole day?? AA at Te Rapa could fit me in the next day but they fell short of expectations as well. Told me to leave my car there and after 4-6 hours of it sitting there, I finally got a call informing they could not have a look on the same day as my tank was full of gas! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard…. Even talked to my dad who is a mechanic about it. Went to 5 different mechanics and they were able to diagnose AND fix the problem within the hour. My car has been driving mint since. I don’t know if I can ever trust AA as much as I did before after recent experiences.
