   Luke needs to check his attitude and realize that not passing on information about the battery has caused a huge amount of stress on our end. My brother's car had just been broken into and we are going through a hard time right now. When I questioned why he did not pass on the info about our battery he came with excuses such as I wasn't there when I collected the car and generally couldn't care any less even if he tried. Even went to far as to say it's only a courtesy thing if they pass on information like this! Your a mechanical shop! Even my hairdresser has given better courtesy information better than this. Think about the fact we have just had our car broken into we have just had to cough up $550 to replace the barrel and the steering coloum I do not drive this car every day and am not aware of the battery having issues if I was made aware I would of asked that you taken care of it to avoid situations like this!
