   Innotek electric dog training collars are rubbish. We paid over $400 for a collar that stopped working just out of it's one year warranty. The collar was only used several times during that period. It was sent to the business owner, Roger Jay but could not be repaired. He confirmed that the problem was no fault of our own but wasn't prepared to do anything because it was out of warranty. He only offered a new collar at a slightly discounted price which we declined. This collar should have lasted for many years considering what we paid for it. Since this happened, I've spoken to other people who have had issues with the products as well. There are many bad reviews on Innotek's Australian site which is the parent company of the NZ distributor in Auckland. Both product and service have been very disappointing.

   The containment system has provided us with enormous peace of mind for our little fury fella, but MORE than the product itself, is the after sales SERVICE that we have recently experienced. All electronic devices (from time to time) might fail, but it's what a company does if a problems occur, that best illustrates 'what they're about' - and Innotek (and Roger) truly understand "what REAL customer service" is! In Short; we had one of those "1 in 10000 electronic issues" - Innotek stepped up, and solved our problem ... quickly ... easily ... and without any hassle. WELL DONE Team Innotek! Truly deserving of your 5 star rating
