On the plate at Jacz Bar & Grill, the idea is burger‑led and well judged. Grill work shows a clean sear and rested meats. Sweets lean classic and not overly rich. Buns hold well and patties come juicy. Wraps hold together with fresh salads and steady sauces.
Ordered from UberEats. We requested that our steak well done because I am pregnant. Inside parts of the steak was very raw and pink in color. Also told them that I was allergic to seafood(calamari), spring rolls taste like they used the same oil as the calamari. Didn't get to eat any of the food cause of Food safety concerns.
Girls night with my daughter, first time dining here. Absolutely thrilled with the entres, looked and tasted fabulous. Mains (steak Dianne) were to die for and dessert went so quickly we had whiplash. Food was quick, tasty and plentiful. Compliments all round...
Food is hit or miss. Some days it's great. Other times either overcooked or undercooked. And if you're going to say your desserts have cream it should be real cream not that disgusting canned stuff.
GOBs in for breakfast Sat. Morning. Looked at menu and thought prices too good to be true. Big breakfast, bangers and mash and the omlette all great. No complaints here. Excellent value for money. Will be back for sure.
I have had the steak sandwich twice now! Both times it has been discusting. 1st time they slapped so much relish on I couldn’t eat it nor relish for a week. No caramelised onions at all. 2nd time I asked for no relish and got no sauce! Asked for and paid for Mayo or aoli and got nothing. Steak and bread. The bread they used was dipping bread so literally 5cm wide bread. It was pathetic. Gave you guys he benefit of the doubt the first time but never would order from again. Waste of money.
Popped in here today for brekky burger and fries. Staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. I knew I was hungry but lost my appetite after a young woman entered my home a couple of days before. I had lost my appetite after the theft left, my place felt dark and gross and strangely lonely? It had impacted me greatly because I had been attacked some time before this theft again at my residence. So I decided to get out of my unit and get some fresh air and take a walk. I was taken aback in how the staff here were genuinely nice they were even kind enough to wrap it up for me what I couldn't eat, I could take home. finally finished the burger and it was just as good as when I had it in the morning. Thank you for your hospitality in a time that was desperately needed.
Lovely food all served in a timely manner. All dishes were very generous in size. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. We will definitely be back.
HUGE serving. Enjoyed the food but it could’ve been better as some of the meal were dry especially the chicken.. The lady server and the manager were friendly and accommodating :)
I had a great experience here at the quad. Came in for Hoppy Tuesday, all craft beers $6! I ended up staying for dinner and ordered 30 spicy chicken wings and my partner ordered the pork schnitzel, which were both delicious and really good value. The staff were also really helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend visiting. I would make it my local if I lived in Hamilton. 5/5
