   Our car club Christmas function was amazing! The food was well presented and very tasty with lamb that melted in your mouth and a superb orzo salad that kept me going back for more being the food highlights for me. There was lots for everyone and super tasty. Then the variety of delicious desserts had something for everyone’s sweet tooth and looked beautiful as shown in the photo. Staff were friendly, so helpful and made the event even better. Pair that with an outstanding venue and surrounds and we had the perfect Christmas function. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend for anyone hosting big or small events.

   Great place. It’s one of those hidden gems. Food was good. Higher price but the quality and quantity was there. Staff were friendly and kind. We enjoyed the house and walk. Would have been good to have all the rooms open and the cellar open to the public. The gardens in November/December are great.

   An absolutely enchanting spot I stumbled upon on my way to Karangahake Gorge. I savored a wonderfully creamy oat latte paired with Eggs Benedict and delicately smoked salmon - everything was exquisitely delicious. And the orange cake for dessert… it was the true crescendo of the entire breakfast. The waitress was incredibly sweet and welcoming, adding a lovely sense of warmth and friendliness to the place.❤️

   A solid spot for coffee and a meal! Woodlands Garden Grove Cafe & Bar offers a lovely scenic setting for brunch, surrounded by lots of greenery. We came for brunch and were welcomed with some tasty options. We ordered the sirloin steak ($32) and the mini brekkie ($19), both great choices. It was nice having indoor dining available, especially with the weather being on and off that day. Their coffee was solid too.

   A beautiful place incorporating a Victorian homestead and grounds. The cafe which is housed in the old cricket pavillion has indoor and outdoor seating and a great view across the old cricket oval. The house is set in beautifully landscaped gardens and woodlands. Unfortunately Father's day was not a good day to visit The number of patrons in the cafe was overwhelming the staff and facilities.

   Great little place. Warned on arrival they may take an hour with food today. Could not supply our dog drink so supplied cheaper option without refund and my toasty was missing one of the fillings requested. We did not advise them so they did not have opportunity to fix. Will still give them another go as you can see we have rated them an overall 4 stars still.

   Had a great experience here today celebrating my Dad's 70th birthday party. We booked a group of 35 (30 arrived on the day) The food was all amazing and so delicious, the staff were all amazing and so accommodating, so friendly and kind!! The kids at our party had a great time playing outside. No issues. Great day. Thanks heaps.

   We hired the cricket oval for our annual company cricket match. Ange from the Cafe organised everything for us and organised for a special pavilion for just our group. We had a bar tab running and had snacks throughout the day with wraps and sandwiches for lunch. Food was fantastic and just what we need and the staff were very attentive. They even had some craft beer in for us. Perfect spot for a company outing with heaps of parking, toilets and great space for casual cricket. Ange even managed to source an independent umpire for us.

   New name, but still great food. Well worth the drive to the wonderful Woodlands Estate and Gardens. The cafe is situated by the lawn oval, with great terrace views. Tasty cabinet and menu selection. The perfect treat for Summer.
