Walked in and I had a flashback of my visit to Beijing. We ordered the stir fried duck with greens, mince beef soup and 2 cups of rice. They were all delicious! Exactly what I needed after a long day. It was real soul food.
The customer service at this restaurant was incredibly poor. We waited 30 minutes before anyone even approached our table to take our order. When they finally did, they would walk away multiple times to answer the phone and attend to other tasks. When we asked about the wait time, they responded with an indifferent attitude, guessing it could be 45 minutes or even an hour. Overall, the restaurant looks nice but the customer service was absolutely terrible!
Extremely Disappointed: Spoiled Food and Neglected Complaints I am deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Longdeng. The food served was inedible and clearly spoiled. What's worse, my complaint about it was completely ignored. Even on a second attempt, the beef tendons were also rotten. The manager's response was highly unsatisfactory. I am truly let down by this experience and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
One of the most delicious Chinese restaurants in Hamilton. My friends and I ordered few dishes and they all were so tasty, especially duck feet salad and fried seafood noodles. The restaurant has different styles of Chinese cuisines for you to choose. I love its cozy space and super friendly staffs. The girl (perhaps a manager) was so helpful to assist us with order. 10 out of 10.

Just an average restaurant. It expensive compare to other chinese restaurant. Tbey have big serving though. I enjoyed the beans & eggplant veggies and the roasted spare ribs. Plates are not well cleaned.
