    Everytime I come in the afternoon the girls working make me feel welcome and like i’m family with their smiles and the fact that they always remember my name and order. Pizzas are always so yum and you can always tell everyone there works hard (especially katherine)

    Can barely take a phone order. Charged for single items when stated I was ordering two sides for the $8.99 deal. No help when asked about overcharge. Then get home to an average at best made pizza. 7/10/25 1pm staff need improvement

    Only half my pizza had topping, the rest was crust. Sick of paying more money for things and receiving less quality. Next time I will be checking pizza before leaving and returning the pizza if not up to standard.

    This place is always dirty, super nasty looked after. Doesn’t take 2 minutes to swipe the floor as all customers see that. They have staff standing around doing nothing so they could keep it clean if managers want to. Obviously if they can’t keep the place clean to the look of customers, obviously the food safety mesures are not followed at all.

    We got delivery and it is at least 45mins late and this is not just the first time it’s now the third time this has happened!!! This is beyond a joke now. They need to actually change there wait time if they can’t keep up so at least people have a realistic time the pizza will be delivered. We be going to Leo’s pizza from now on you might have to pay a bit more but you get allot more topping for your money and pizza is made on time.

    So busy, and getting abuse from some customers, not nice. But received a yummy pizza. Ordered and paid on line, easy.

    Ordered pizza for delivery, set time to be delivered a bit later on. It’s gone way past the estimated delivery time, I’ve called and called however no one is answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Understandable if you are either short staffed or really busy however just answer your phone and let your customers know what’s going on - I’m sure 90% of them will be ok with waiting a little long if they know what’s going on. This is probably the last time I order with you guys which is ashame as I do like the pizzas here, however hells pizza and dominoes is just across the road from you I’ll most likely go there from now on.
