   I usually have a great experience at this particular store - I was a regular for years before I moved. I ordered a pizza yesterday for the nostalgia and asked for a little bit a chilli on my pizza - you know the spice of life! I seriously said only a little bit, please. Well, hell! - I got more that I bargain for - I was 2 slices into the pizza, when I was greeted with the fire gates of hell - I'm crying - tongue aflame with the spicy middle finger of this slice. I'm confused cause in the poor lighting of my car a can't see the spicy culprit - I'm like well maybe this slice got alittle heavy spiced I'll try another piece - and you guessed it - it was worse that the previous slice - I'm stuffing sour cream in my mouth while wondering what I did to deserve such a intensely spicy pizza. I offer some to my significantly more spice tolerant partner and he takes a bite and calls me a wimp and than takes an second bite and proceeds to start sweating intensely and says "holy crap that got a kick!". I'm not mad at all papamoa hells - bravo for a funny story but can you please check you chilli Shaker - cause that thing is dosing next level spice to the poor unspeciting papamoa public!    Everytime I order a pizza here thinking I'd have a better experience than the last, I am severely disappointed. Pizza often has the taste of warm cardboard with the toppings not adding much flavour other than the spare hotness which gets left in my mouth. Prices are exorbitant for what you're getting, especially with such low quality. Only upside is that the staff are nice and friendly and the rate at which your pizza comes out the oven is relatively fast

The pizzas are so delicous and heavenly; it was such great support to have Shiv deliver the pizzas to the event then also gift some vouchers for my raffle. And everyone including me was so happy thanks so much. Fresh warm, lovely base, tender ingredients, the whole deal and plant based thanks again.

   I travelled the country for work for past 12 years. I always use Hell pizza and had a mixed experience. Have had a less than great experience from this store before, but happy to say your now top of the list (was invercargill) .ribs were amazing and so was the service from start to finish. Well done. Brilliant store

   Really disappointed. I usually get the regular base which iv always been happy with - but thought I’d try the stretched base instead. The pizza was huge - but that was the only impressive thing about it. The toppings were minimal and the cheese barely covered the base - expect much better for the price:(

   We ordered online and it supposed to be ready at 6 28. We arrived at 6 30 but a man told us it will take 4 mins since the fries are not ready. We were happy to wait that much time, but no one called us. We asked at about 6 40 if food is ready. Another man said 3 mins more. Finally we get the food after 6 45. It was rainy and windy, but it was blocked from the entrance, and everyone had to wait outside in coldness. I could see lots of empty and spare space, finally an aged lady just cancelled and left. I saw the employees were very tired and had a long day. The food was okay, but it was very unpleasant memory. I can see the service varies depends on branches.

   The absolute best pizza in the Papamoa Beach area! We ordered two pizzas online using their website, and they were ready within a few minutes after I arrived. Service was prompt and friendly. It’s obviously a local favorite because it is a busy place. We ordered the Death by Frankenchicken and the Veggie Wrath pizzas, since we are vegetarian, and both were absolutely excellent! Probably two of the tastiest pizzas that I have had in New Zealand! We loved that their menu has SO many vegetarian and vegan options! If you are not vegetarian, you will also enjoy their many creative and delicious combinations. One of the most unique and diverse pizza menus that I have ever seen... You can get the standard crust (which is my favorite but the pizzas are a little smaller in size) or the “stretched” thin crust pizza. Gluten free options are available, too. You can pick up your pizza, pay a small fee for delivery, or eat inside. There are 3 large tables inside for diners. They will deliver beer or other drinks, also. Definitely try out this pizza ! You won’t be disappointed!
