   We took guests to Barrio Bros the Crossing on Sunday at 4.45 pm. We were served and ordered queso chili carne and a large order of fries plus a coke. The person serving takes the order and moves onto our friends who have come specifically for the same dish- they have to order something else. The 3 person orders food and we sit to wait for our food! We get French fries with a small leftover tub of queso- they get their order but the 3rd person gets nothing! After 20 mins he goes to enquire- sorry we didn’t take your order! And now- the person serving can’t speak /understand English and has to make a call to someone to interpret! and give a refund!! What a mess. Why didn’t they just close fir the day when you run out of the basics…. Or go to Gilmours and get more supplies. It was a bad experience.

   Food was great. Well cooked and tasty. A little bit slower than I would have liked. 20 minute wait time for 2 tacos and 1 burrito, but the staff were professional and friendly

   5:10pm Wednesday. Turn up wanting to order and waited at the counter for a few mins. The staff member on duty, was too busy on her laptop to even look up and come and take my order and then once I got her attention she was reluctant to even get up. This was ok as they could have been on a break, which I was trying to be respectful of. But then when I tried to order I was told they had no rice and would need to wait 25 mins for a burrito because of this. There was no one else even around to cause such a rice shortage. You’d think a food place well know for its burrito menu (all containing rice) would have sufficient ingredients to deliver on these advertised meal options. The whole experience was suspicious and came across as a young worker that couldn’t be bothered to take an order and had mentally clocked out prematurely. If it was 10 mins before closing maybe I could believe this. But 50 mins before closing, a company such as this should be able to fulfil a simple order without such delays. All I was getting served was a strong feeling of inconvenience for the worker there this evening. Won’t bother again, as I’m sure is desired by you. Well done

   Most disgusting food ever. Tried to eat it as I didn’t want to waste my money or food but the mince or not even mince as it’s literally just beans had so flavour, bland as and is just purely disgusting. Drove here to get nachos as last time it was amazing and good portion size. Paid $18 for my order as got drink too and the portion size is astonishing. Didn’t even ask if I wanted the bottle opener which I didn’t as I had to drive home with it between my legs making sure it didn’t spill. Both workers on werent very welcoming, frowning the whole time and clearly they didn’t wanna be there. Not the first time I have gone and had bad customer service

   Staff was great, the tall curly haired girl served me was very friendly and patient. She really made my afternoon. Food was great, chicken burrito was fulling and tasty. Will be coming back again to try other options on the menu.
