    Order 4 currys with rice and dessert but never received the desserts. I have contacted the restaurant and they said I never ordered dessert even though I had the receipt. They said they sent me a coupon but I've never received it. Food was a little substandard too with a couple pieces of burnt chicken and didn't taste as nice compared to other local Indian joints. I also ordered 4 poppadums but only received 2 that were cut in half.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had ordering through the Uber app. The app indicated that the restaurant staff would deliver the order, but there was no driver tracking available, so I had no way of knowing when the food would arrive. As a result, I decided to wait outside. The delivery was supposed to arrive between 7:45 PM and 8:05 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 8:35 PM β€” a full 30 minutes late and with no updates or notifications. I ended up waiting outside for 45 minutes in total. I called the restaurant for an update, and they told me the delivery would arrive in 2 minutes. However, it actually arrived 15 minutes after the call. The food quality was just average, but the service and phone support were completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I expected much better.

    Are you serious????? Paid $10 for fries i ordered through uber eats and this is the amount i received!? I was a loyal customer to you guys and this is how you rip your customers off? $10 dollars for a baby handful of chips?! I will never buy from you guys again. Disgusting

    Worst food I ever tried. We ordered Veg Manchurian and Fish Pakora. Asked for Manchurian to be Medium Spicy. Got very upset with the quality of the food. Manchurian was spicy as hell. Taste like Raw Chilli Powder was poured all over the dish. Fish was SOGGy, TASTELESS , NO FLAVOUR . Will never get food from here.

    Best korma I think I have ever had! If you’d normally go for a medium - get hot, it’s amazing and still had so much flavour! Really generous portion sizes and really well priced

    Went to get a takeaway with a friend. While we waited for one of the four guys standing by the counter on their phones to acknowledge us, we had time to recount the days events. Some minutes later, one of them decided to ask us if we wanted 'something'. We ordered and it arrived in an acceptable time. Our orders were reasonably good sized portions. However, there was a quite sweet overtone to both curries. Won't go back. Better service may have saved the day for you despite the disappointing food. But obviously customer service doesn't matter.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. The service (if you want to call it that) lacked, we arrived and got seated while the staff member was on their phone the entire time. After 15-20 minutes he came over (still on his phone) asked "what do you want" took our order of curries and walked off, didn't ask if we wanted naans or drinks or anything else. Our food arrived we got served the wrong curry. When I asked for drinks they had two options, sprite or coke that was it. One drink was served in a glass with childrens stickers stuck to it and clearly dirty. Tge restaurant was cold and messy, when I asked to speak to the manager to make a complaint I was ignored by staff and told no. WILL NOT RETURN NOR RECOMMENDED. This restaurant SHOULD NOT be running.

    I had given this place a 5 star review in the past year. My apologies. I am changing my ratings for this place due to very pathetic customer service. Today we placed a delivery order which didn't arrive in two hours despite a comittment of 50 minutes. We had to change three phones to speak to someone in their restaurant as they did not want pick up our phone.When we connected to the manager did not know his own name despite us asking several times. Funny isn't it? The owner was trying to be oversmart. Driver called after 2 hours and we asked him name of his manager and he said he does not know him at all and he is just an innocent driver. Never seen a comedy team like this.

    We attended a wedding which castle 91 catered the food. The food was cold, service was very, very poor. The quality of every dish was not sufficient at all. Each dish came out after waiting for 20 minutes. Very disappointed with dinner service. I will never go back to that restaurant never again in Tauranga. No organization skills and the staff has no peoples skills.
