Shot to Aman, who was still working even just on his own. Still serving quickly and good quality food. Give this man a raise for showing up and still achieving excellence despite being the only worker in store.
Unfortunately I didn’t proceed with my order because I wanted my money back . As the guy at the counter was trying to over charge me about $5 for something that was advertised on three different posters in the store . I asked him if could speak to his manger and he rang somebody spoke in Indian then said he was very sorry . Then said he will give me what I ordered but still wanted me to pay $1 more … then argued for that $1 back …then at that point decided this guy won’t be making me any good pizza surely then asked to cancel my order and got my money back . This is common theme in Tauranga unfortunately .
When I make a $30 order, I kinda expect it to be right. Got my 3 meats pizza and a few other items for a set time and it looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for a while when I arrived on time for the pick up. When I got home and open the Pizza I found my $5 add on for a garlic cheesy crust was just the $3 normal cheesy crust. This isn't the first time this year that this has happened very disappointing to see. Even the store was pretty gross, but nice to see some renovation have been done but not sure if that's to hide the filth behind the counter all in all 1.5/5 do better

Are your delivery drivers exempt from parking in the disabled carpark without a permit displayed? Edit: I ordered a half and half pizza which was not half and half. It was more 5/7 and 3/7. The pepperoni side had only 1 piece of pepperoni per slice. 4 pieces of pepperoni. When requesting a replacement it took over half an hour to make. After getting the replacement it was no better. I now have 6 pieces…
Horrible experience. Management won’t listen or honour their promises. Staff are doing their best. Wish the management would do the same.
Placed a school order for 120 pizzas. Pizzas were all ready on time, well covered, hot and tasty. Fantastic effort from the Bethlehem Dominos Team. We really appreciated how easy you made this for us.
2.6. Old style pizzas. Soft bases. Safe toppings. Our three pizzas were ok but certainly not inspiring. They met the immediate need. On the positive side they were nice and hot when collected. Bare pass.
