   overall a great pizza place! I love the flavours I can add to my pizza though I feel it’s gone a bit down hill on the price aspect due to changing the amount of toppings you can add to a custom pizza.

   My favourite chain pizza place. It's always a little cold to eat in during winter but it's devilishly good. Staff are always friendly and pizzas are of consistent and high quality. I like it when the family says "go to hell!" The lust deluxe is my personal favourite. I may have found my one true love

   Great tasty pizza. I would reccomend the buttermilk chicken pizza, delicious. Staff was very kind, I dislike bbq sauce and she made sure to remove that. She was super accommodating to minor changes in the pizza to make it more enjoyable. The gourmet selection is pizza is best choice in my opinion. Decor isnt the most welcoming but the theme of the store is Hell so it makes sense. I will have to add the fabric around the lights looks very gloomy and not great. Will be coming back.

   if i could give these staff members service a 0 i would. they were rude, cutting me off. they yelled in my face that they were closed and cleaning (before their scheduled hours). We sat in the car and rang them and watched three staff members ignore our call while the doors were still open (apparently they were closed though?) then a delivery driver walked out with a bag full of food for a delivery. this is discrimination and TERRIBLE customer service. manager please do something. this happened the evening of the 25th of june. as a duty manager myself i know this is never how you’re supposed to treat nice, paying customers. i am appalled these people have a job.

   Haven't had Hell pizza for a long time and decided to give them a go again. Plenty of toppings, a proper large pizza and it tasted really good. Everyone was happy.

   Came to this store conveniently on "black friday" and the pizzas were at a discounted price fortunately for me. The pizzas were nicely made and with good flavour. A bit dry though, some topping would have been a nice addition if the C.S.R would have used his brain or customer service skills to upsell. Unfortuntley he didn't. I came in with a $20 voucher and paid for a $16 pizza. Then upon realizing I wanted to get an additional pizza. So I went in directly after to add to my order. The excess $4 was gone and unredeemable? Probably into more hair gel for the c.s.r who served us. He did not say that the rest of voucher was unredeemable. I then had to pay $6.50 for an extremely over priced small pizza. When it should have been $2.50. Hells pizza recieved a 1 star for its quality of pizza. But it was dry, not in the warmer. The c.s.r was not practicing food health safety with gloves, hat or hair net. He was not helpful or informative, he did not try to upsell knowing $4 was disappearing into the matrix of hells pizza. There was minimal professionalism within c.s.r skills. The pizzas on a good day are grossly priced. I did appreciate the promotion though and the flavour and crust on pizza was unmatched. Maybe if I come back I will change my review. But unfortunately this is what hells pizza earnt for is bad customer service.
