   Accidently picked up wrong branch for an online pizza order pick up. Rang them straight away and got told order is in oven in 20sec even though it's xmas eve and pretty sure they were busy. Crap service, should have been able to cancel if there was an issue especially when I rang less than a minute later. Merry KMAS

   Ok so for those who think hey it’s a chain and they taste the same… nope. This pizza Hutt has done something with the base and it tastes amazing! Generous toppings and again so tasty. This will be our go to when heading up to coromandel now.

   I usually order pizza once in a week from you guys., but this Wednesday when I ordered pizza i got it wrong and it was also not upto the expectations. As i ordered to have parmesan sprinkles on my pizza and also garlic sprinkles added but got none of that. Maybe they sprinkled lil bit of garlic but as I ordered 2times. And base was also hard. Ended up throwing away the whole pizza and just had A slice from it. Everytime my order is upto the expectations and well cooked and with all added toppings but this time it was just tasteless. Really disappointed. Just wasted 25$ on dinner for nothing that night.

   Not worth it. The chips sucks hardly any in it might as well order fish and chips. And the pizza worse dry too. Better to go to dominoes at least they have plenty of chips and pizza isn’t as bad as this place was.

   Lazy staff. Always "out of stock" of ranch sauce whether delivered or pick up, until you ask them to double check then suddenly they have some (just couldn't bothered putting it in the pots). Same with buffalo sauce on wings, one small drip over the normal wings is a joke. Best to order from the Tauranga store.
